Earl Consulting Co., LLC provides consulting services to individuals and firms that are in the process of or planning to build new facilities. Our services consist of providing guidance and recommendations in the following areas:

 

▪ Architect and design team selection

▪ Contractor selection

▪ Oversight of the preconstruction process

▪ Oversight of the construction process

▪ Oversight of the commissioning and post-construction process

▪ Review of documents including schedules, submittals, operations and maintenance manuals

▪ Regular client feedback and reporting

 

 

Individual project sizes range from a few million dollars to in excess of $50 million.

Fees are based on an hourly charge with estimates of total charges based on the services provided.
