Our services consist of providing guidance and recommendations in the following areas: ▪ Architect and design team selection ▪ Contractor selection ▪ Oversight of the preconstruction process ▪ Oversight of the construction process. Individual project sizes range from a few million dollars to in excess of $50 million. Fees are based on an hourly charge with estimates of total charges based on the services.
