OurCompany

Earl Consulting Co., LLC specializes in owner representation and project management on new construction projects. Whether a tenant improvement or a ground-up project, we represent our clients throughout the design, entitlement, construction, and post-construction phases of the project. For a full list of our services, see our services page.

We are a team-oriented project management organization. We have found that projects are much more likely to be successful for all parties, especially the owner, when all of the participants — owner, architect, engineers, general contractor, and subcontractors — are pulling on the same end of the rope.

We bring to the table more than 70 years of collective experience as general contractors and project managers. All Earl Consulting projects have been completed on time, and our clients have recognized savings of millions of dollars.

OurPeople

A key component of our organization is the dynamic people who work here. Our team consists of qualified construction professionals who take a hands-on approach in managing projects from the client’s point of view.
